Experience behind these guides
Nitai Aventaggiato has built collaboration and information-management products since the 2000s. He founded Razuna for digital asset management and later Helpmonks for shared team email. Streamient grew from the same recurring problem seen across those products: useful organizational knowledge exists, but it is scattered across tools and difficult for people or AI systems to retrieve with the right permissions and source context.
The Streamient guides are written from a product and operator perspective. They focus on how a team captures decisions, separates current sources from durable preferences, scopes access, reviews what an assistant remembers, and moves knowledge between tools without depending on one model vendor. Product-specific statements are checked against the public Streamient repository and documentation. Security and protocol guidance links to primary standards or security projects.
Editorial approach
Articles distinguish verified product behavior from opinion. Comparisons include the review date, selection criteria, limitations, and links to vendor documentation. Benchmarks are not presented as universal performance claims unless the test data and method are available. Pages are updated when product behavior, pricing, protocol support, or security guidance changes.
